Kerb stones loose and dangerous to vehicles

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 18:43, Sat 25 August 2018

Sent to Hull City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1396396.

Many of the corner edge kerbstones along Grasby Road are in a loose condition. However the kerb at the very bottom of Grasy Road is in a dangerous state. The loose kerbs are continuasly being moved by traffic clipping them and moving them into the roadway which is a major hazzard especially at night. Residents are moving them back to the side regularly, but this as been the state for 2 months now and is getting worse.

  • Still no changes and getting worse. Going to be interesting to see how long the council actually take to sort this out! A long time I suspect...

  • This has been chased up again for you, the team inspect the area within ten working days and works are arranged as soon as possible. We are unable to give a timescale on the works being completed as this depends on numerous factors.
