Street Lamps not working. This is encouraging opportunists to break into cars and properties.

Reported in the Street lighting category by Paul In Wootton at 18:30, Thursday 23 August 2018

Sent to Bedford Borough Council 5 minutes later

Two street lamps have never worked in over a year. It is extremely dark at night and is giving cover to opportunists to attempt to break into cars and residential properties. The council have pretty much said they won’t do anything so I am taking this further. If they won’t sort it. Who’s responsibility is it?
