Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1392589.

Telephone cabinet at corner of Fanshawe Street and Elton Road is making a very loud buzzing noise. Can be heard from quite a distance. The issue seems to have started today
