Council sub contractor leaving smashed glass all over pavement and road

Redcorn Scrap Vehicle recovery have come to collect an abandoned/scrap vehicle on Merchant drive, presumably under instruction of the council. We have witnessed from our offices the driver of the recovery vehicle smash both front windows in order to put a lifting strap through the car frame.

He has then driven off, without clearing up, leaving smashed window glass on pavement and road.
