Will Newport city council do something about this caravan that has been on our street since May, his landlords have done nothing about it as R*b L*nb*ck, Director of Housing says “we are unable to take forward any actions for breeches of tenancy.” and “Where the outcome does not supply us with the evidence which would deem a breach of the tenancy agreement, no action will be taken against the resident.” So let me explain your tenancy agreement to you Mr L*nb*ck. The caravan has been there since May (Breech of 5-9-3 Parking) it is stood on what used to be a hardstanding put there by your tenant (Breech of 5-9-2 Parking) and (Breech of 6-11-5 Garden) after the tenant had vandalised the verge (Breech of 5-2-F Nuisance & anti-social behaviour) at the point where he kept an untaxed van for six month till towed away by DVLA (Breech of 5-9-1 Parking) there are actually many more, so could Newport city council sort this out for this group of neighbours. Thank you
