Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

This gully has been blocked since I moved in nearly a year ago, some men came past in April clearing the drains, but only did one side of the road, they said they would be back, they never did come back. I'm re-reporting this as I believe the fault has been forgotten, possibly the workmen indicated they had done this job properly, but they did not.
