Pavement parking always same spot next to massive car park

Cars always blocking access to park for wheelchair users, parents with prams, partially sighted etc by parking on pavement in same place every weekday morning. Massive car park starts less than 50 metres away

  • Our initial inspection has shown that the issue identified does not meet with our criteria for intervention. The reasons we wouldn't intervene include if the obstruction or spillage isn't deemed hazardous or suitable adequate access remains available.
