Little Gas Cannisters Dumped

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1385172.

Noticed a couple of small silver gas cannisters dumped on grass verge at corner of New Lane & Farringdon Road.

I have seen these things dumped at other locations as well. After looking online on what they are, it appears they are either airgun gas bottles, or nitrous oxide 'laughing gas' cannisters.
