Excessive older cast speed bump

Please please could this bumb be reviewed ? The speed bump here has been here longer than the development thats just been built. Its sharp and excessive . When traveling over i litrally have back pains 2 wice a day ,too and from work there is no other way in or out of the development. a more sutible hump for the hevier traffic should now be installed.
