Disgusting littering and Food thrown out onto street

Some residents are attracting and maintaining vermin in the area. I have witnessed people thrown rice onto the street and also there is literally food dumped onto the street. This includes Harewood street. Ashfordby street and bacgrave street and surrounding. Mince and rats can be seen in broad daylight. Council has been so unhelpful and just ignore the issue. This issue have been going on for over a year and is only getting worse. Fly tipping is also regular
