Engie and hackney

Engie have obtained a plot where old launderette building was. Why then are they blocking gate inside and outside to obstruct fire engine access. There are vehicles parked up in front of Parkside Estate entrance. A skip! All in front of building where no cars are permitted. The workmen walk about on green where people live. This is an invasion of privacy. Noise starts whenever they turn up 6.45 am. Agreed they’re not working. But said gate gets opened then conversations start. Spitting on floor. Engines running. Then several vehicles turn up and dump rubbish in skip. Why is the entrance door to site put where residents live ( bedrooms, kitchen bathrooms and corner of living room) and not on other side where the car park is? Everyday. This is a disgrace Why place people with problems ie: mental health. Domestic violence in these properties when you torment them with this daily hell!
