Someone has dumped about a dozen full balck plastic bags and some other miscellaneous waste including a kitchen work surface and some metallic material on the Highways Aruthority land that adjoins the lay bye at Dunkerton Hill. The materials are stacked up against the boundary fence and are falling into the neighbouring field which belongs to me.

The material has been dumped within the last week, and it is piled up against a barbed wire fence and beginning to fall into my land.

Please note that the Highways Authority title extends right up to the barbed wire fence which indicates the boundary to my land. So this has been dumped on Highways Authority land and is falling into my private land.
