Lifting pavements

Sent to Hull City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1376296.

The pavement is VERY uneven and one of the slabs have lifted so much at one corner (outside of 104) that there is a gap of around 2inches making it risen around 6inches above the level of the pavement. There is also missing concrete to the entrance of the cul de sack which is now a deep gully and very dangerous. There is an entrance to some bungalows via this pavement and some of the residents who live there are very unsteady on their feet making it an accident waiting to happen. My disabled father can not walk on this path as it is too un even.
