Highway level too low compared to top of kerbs

Reported in the Roads/highways category by Bill Craven at 12:23, Sunday 29 July 2018

Sent to North Yorkshire County Council 2 minutes later

The surface level of the highway compared to the top of the kerbs causes a problem between Numbers 89 and 99 on both sides of the road. Specifically some models of car parked close to the kerb run the risk of scraping their door on the footway when opened across the footway (I have certainly done it ). Another issue is the face of the drop kerb at peoples driveway is in excess of the 25mm face recommended, causing a jolt to any car crossing the kerb when accessing a driveway
