The occupant of 603 Newtondale, Sutton Park is using a garden incinerator to burn his rubbish, this is causing toxin smoke to spread around the area. Residents that have approached him to point out that his actions are preventing people being unable to sit out in their gardens, open windows and hang their washing out have not received an acceptable response.
