Large broken manhole on footway, see-able while driving towards Radcliffe road from Cavell road. Currently has a child's toy over the top of it (looks like a small red table)

Thank you for your enquiry. This has now been inspected and made safe with a yellow footplate. The manhole in question has been found to be the responsibility of BT, we have reported this to them for them to attend within 2 hours.
