The are a series of speed humps on Lower Keyham Lane. The first set of humps near to the junction of Main Street is where the problem lies. One of the humps has disintegrated...

Apart from receiving an email on the 31st of July telling me that my enquiry had been sent to the appropriate department nothing has been geard/done.
