Floodlight in rear garden of 16A Lynmouth Crescent is too high , it shines bright light all night onto three adjoining houses

The floodlight on 16a Lynmouth Crescent rear garden is mounted on the garage wall and is aimed into the air and not downwards at the garden .

The light lights up all adjoining properties throughout the night
