The pavements around the whole of central New Cross including New Cross Road, Lewisham Way, Amersham Road and Parkfield Road are extremely dirty. Spillages are smelling and attracting flies. Dried up vomit looks disgusting.

Sent to Lewisham Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1371315.
The pavements around the whole of central New Cross including New Cross Road, Lewisham Way, Amersham Road and Parkfield Road are extremely dirty. Spillages are smelling and attracting flies. Dried up vomit looks disgusting. The pavements around Costa on Lewisham Way are slippy with oil, probably from heavy traffic. People live, work, shop and socialise in New Cross, it isn't just a thoroughfare. Is there any chance the pavements can be jetwashed? Possibly put up posters to highlight that it has been done to implore people to take more care. I would also suggest forcing pubs and clubs to clear up the outside pavements to their venues after Saturday nights.

New Cross Road eastbound side has a huge black spillage of some kind on it which is being generated by rubbish bags being left on the pavement. Unsightly and unhygienic. Street sanitation should happen daily as it does in many other places in the city.
