Flytipping in SODC car park, Church Rd

Complaints of accumulated rubbish behind the charity bins in the SODC car park, Church Rd. This is regular occurance. Please could this be urgently cleared. Also, please could the bins be re-positioned closer together and nearer to the wall to discourage fly-tipping. Stickers saying the area is monitored by CCTV could be put on the bins to deter fly tippers. Reported on behalf of Wheatley Parish Council.
