Visibility for people crossing the A287 is blocked by vegetation

Visibility for pedestrians crossing the A287 from some of the provided dropped kerbs are substandard due to the presence of vegetation.
This appears to have been a problem for some time.
Although one pedestrian crossing point has been improved by trimming of vegetation the other hasn't.
Even the one that has been trimmed still doesn't provide visibility required under national guidance for roads with that suited
