One of our neighbours has been feeding wild pigeons in the back street and has been asked to stop on numerous occasions by numerous people and she refuses to stop throwing food out on to the road.

This is now causing damage to property with bird droppings. Fresh clothes on washing lines are getting soiled and there are often in excess of 50 birds on roofs. There are also rats in gardens taking the food.... See attached pic of rats.#

Can something please be done about this?
