Broken up tarmac surface

This part of Kingsway is used by Kings Road School parents to turn round and drop off children. I have filled in two large potholes last year (with tarmac) as they were causing problems to parents. Although this is not a through route, it is used by delivery lorries and parents to reverse round extensively.
