Missing grates under railway bridge

On the Old A5, Watling Street, under the railway bridge the grates for the drains are missing causing a health & safety issue. This road will be used as part of a planned and authorised road race (Badgers Atherstone 10k) in August and is causing a failure in our risk assessments.
