Blocked drains

Sent to Hull City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1365433.

Whilst we regularly get the street cleaned, the council don't seem to realise that particularly down Beech avenue the leaves from Beech trees do not break down like other leaves do. So as a consequence the leaves that enter the road drains do not disperse, they only cling to each other and create a solid skin. I would not like to think we are going to have the flooding of previous years due to the council's incompetence again.
