Awful house

Have raised issues several times, nothing gets done. Would you want to look at this daily? Photo 1 shows the stumps that the council put in to stop the tennant driving into their front garden . Was ripped out within days. Photo 2 shows the wall the kids destroyed and the council had to take down. It's remained like this for approx 7 months now. For the love of God please fix it, better still, move the degenerate scum amd their hideous children out the area and put them somewhere else, allowing us to enjoy our houses and gardens in peace.
