Litter stuffed behind junction box on Pepper Street, just before corner of Limeharbour and under Crossharbour DLR Station, E14. Rubbish building up in this area and street cleaning by TH council seems non-existent. Please can this area be urgently cleaned up as it looks a mess. Thank you. As at 12.07.18.
