Overgrown hedge obstructing pedestrians

This is a good app if you want to get potholes ext done where the car's run but it's no good for pedestrians who want to use the public footpath thay can see exactly what the problem is by the photo is in this case it's a well and truly overgrown hedge 99% over the footpath

  • No this hedge is still overhanging the public footpath three parts the way it's obvious that the highways don't go round and check on the public footpaths
