BT manhole hole cover on inside carriageway outside 203 Gosport Road

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1361004.

The cover itself has sunk below road level and given the volume of traffic at this location especially HGVs the noise and vibration affecting my home is intolerable
