Yellow lines illegally parking

On a regular basis we have cars parking for long periods of time on the double yellow lines.

    Nothing has been done regarding people parking on the lines, I have sent a few reports in the last few weeks to the council some with photos but the council doesn't care or even acknowledge, the problem will persit until the council does something about the offenders. As we have been told by one of the regular offenders, is that we can't stop them because they know the council do not care and will not do anything about it so the offenders can do what they like.
