  • I have written to the Highways manager for this area at HCC without success. What can HCC do to rectify this gate please? It is dangerous for horse riders as it is hung so that they have to dismount to close it. A337 is a busy 50 mph road and not every horse and rider combo is totally safe with heavy lorries thundering past. Will the person responsible please contact me for guidance on how to deal with this menace please?
