Refuse bins

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 12:23, Mon 9 July 2018

Sent to Thanet District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1359298.

Hello,

This email relates to Albion House, Albion Road, St. Peters, Broadstairs.

Please can something be done about the refuse bins that residents of this address leave out on the footpath 24/7. Not only is it unpleasant to see and smell, it is presenting an ever increasing health issue as far as vermin are concerned, as once the bins are full the residents leave their refuse on the footpath beside the bins.

It is not unusual to see rubbish from the bins strewn across the pavement.

There is plenty of room behind the front walls of the building to house the bins...it's just utter laziness and lack of social responsibility that causes the bins to be where they are.

I have attached some images of the offending bins, taken on a 'good' day.
