• There are 4 ill fitting manhole covers in Littleworth Road - all outside my house - 77 Littleworth Road. Every time a car goes past the ill fitting manhole covers make a very noisy KClunck noise. The noise is intolerable given that all the manhole covers are outside our house and one in particular is directly below a bedroom window. The increased traffic in Littleworth Road since the building works has started has not helped. I have been complaining to Cala for months now to no avail. Their Director of Customer Service told me that the manholes were passed as fit for purpose 4 weeks ago so are now the responsibility of OCC. they are clearly not fit for purpose. Would you be kind enough to fix these 4 noisy ill fittin manhole covers please.
