Boy racers

Do not move to any residential area near Charles Watts Way Hedge End. Every evening racers in cars and on motor bikes race from McDonald's around Charles Watts way, past Herald Industrial Estate, back round to the finish line McDonald's and KFC. The Police are aware but are too scared to stop them. I have contacted Councillor House who emailed me along the lines of "they are back again are they" will contact the community liason department. I not heard anything from the CLD but I can still hear the constant drone of engines racing. Complaining leads nowhere nothing is taken seriously. Once I rang the Police 101 line as it was 11:30 pm and the revving engines were keeping awake. The call handler actually suggested I get some sleeping tablets! I thought it was illegal to drive and ride without silencers but these yobs have been getting away with it every single night. During the summer heat you cannot sleep with your windows open as the noise is horrendous.
