Seagulls Becoming A Nuisance

Reported anonymously at 16:12, Sat 7 July 2018

Sent to Ashford Borough Council and Kent County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1358312.

The seagulls that have made a home in the willesborough junior school grounds are becoming a noise annoyance to the local residents of Highfield. I am reporting this on behalf of a number of disgruntled home owners who have had enough of the constant noise that the seagulls are making.

It starts a daybreak (5 am) and wakes me up. Due to the hot weather at the moment i normally leave a window open but due the the noise i cannot. During the day the noise continues and the gulls are repeatedly circling and swooping down in to the school grounds. This continues throughout the day and long in to the evening. Visitors that we had today also commented and wondering how we put up with it. Well we can't anymore.

Please can you speak with the school and find a solution, they must be living in the grounds somewhere. I am nearing the end of my patience with this.

Thanks
