Rubbish dumped outside 3A Broad Street

For the past fortnight at least there have been black bags heaped outside the alleyway inbetween 3A Broad Street and the Barber's Shop there. There are bins with 320 Broad Street written on them which are overflowing and the black bin bags next to them are smelling so strongly in this heat you can smell them from the opposite side of the road! This is a regular occurrence! Bags are left on the pavement in this spot, bins are overflowing and they remain. If this is happening regularly why are the street cleaners not reporting this nor the StreetPride team having 'pride' in their tasks to keep streets clean?! I am fed up of reporting issues in Foleshill and on Broad Street when obviously there are Council Street workers always coming to the area to clean - can these issues be escalated to the necessary members of staff and or councillors and can they pay attention and take action so the people that are doing this on a regular basis are prosecuted! Maybe then they will stop doing it. In the process the Council can make some money and put it in to making Foleshill a nicer place to live again! It's not rocket science and the funds are there when it suits the Council so there's no use blaming cuts either.
