Parking along Robin Hood Way in resident parking areas after 8am until around 7pm by people parking up and travelling into town on the bus. often parked so tightly together and right over corners or yellow lines that pedestrians can not cross the road. What causes issue is when someone parks obstructing the lowered kerb at the pedestrian refuge then buses can't go around
