Uneven footpaths tripping hazard

Sent to Nottingham City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1357667.

The concrete slab footpath between the Bromley Close and Quarry Avenue flat is uneven and a tripping hazard due to tree roots lifting up the slabs. AT night you can not see the problem and dont realise there is an issue until you are flat on your face
