A Navy 4 x 4 Constantly parks blocking a car park entrance on double yellow line

Reported in the Car parking category by Rebecca Boisclair at 09:39, Friday 6 July 2018

Sent to Winchester City Council 1 minute later

A resident in St James Villa with the Navy Pajero constantly parks across the entrance 'on double yellow lines' to a car park causing problems getting into the carpark that we pay to use. On numerous occasions I have scuffed my alloy wheels and damaged my vehicle reversing to try and get around the vehicle. Not sure how you can avoid accusing someone when they are actually guilty and you have evidence.

Updates

  • The vehicle continues to park on the double yellows making it dangerous to see to the left when coming out of the car park but also turning into the carpark. Vehicles have to mount the path to get into the carpark. It is DANGEROUS and he should not be parking on these double yellow lines.
