This is an ongoing problem with rubbish outside 2 properties. My dog chased a rat out of the stuff dumped. It seems as soon as it starts looking a bit clearer they just pile more junk up. This has been going on for months and months now. Its half way down lilac ave/james reckitt tenfoot, james reckitt side no.184/186
