Bullington Lane - lane affected by the fatal car crash that took place yesterday 3rd July in the A34 southbound - the temporary traffic lights are there but not working. One lane is blocked and drivers have to go to the opposite lane. This may cause another crash as the signs say to wait for the green light.

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later

It's a very busy road - with heavy traffic including big lorries, vans and farming vehicles - and the place where this occurs is very close to two connections to other main roads (A34 southbound and Handover) - also very close to where some other car crashes happen all the time. There is no sense on having signs advising drivers to wait for the green light to pass through when the lights are there but not working. This is very dangerous and can cause another car crash.
