Neighbours taking slabs and being helped by workers outside front of house. The slabs should be taken away and scrapped. Workers are breaching there health and safety to others.

When council workers remove slabs from pavements they should take them away for health and safety reasons. They should not give them to neighbours. Neighbours should not dig there gardens up without permission from council to replace with slabs, given to them by council workers. These should be clearly removed. Council are breacing there health and safety act.
