There is a very large willow tree in park 51 (the children's play park at the back of merganser drive) it needs a serious health and safety assessment as a hazard to surrounding property and the safety of the children. when I moved into the area 8 years ago it was half the size it is now, so didn't feel it was a problem but feel it definitely now . it is now encroaching on the perimeters of private land ( both my house and my neighbours ). I understand my neighbour has already made his concerns known to you on several occasions and nothing seems to have changed. there is also a 2nd tree variety I don't know that is also growing very close to properties that also needs an assessment. I feel this needs attention asap before it becomes a major issue as neighbouring houses around the park have already had problems, to great cost to themselves and yourselves.
