This issue was originally reported through councillor Kondakor on the 12th of June 2018. I drove past the speed indicator on Friday the 29th of June and it did not work due to the low level branches and leaves blocking the view of the speed indicator. This speed indicator was paid for via a grant from WCC so it would be great if it could actually do what it was installed for.
