Rotting/dead smell

Not sure who to contact But there is something smelling in some bushes/trees in a front garden on the corner of meadow rd, Barwell It’s been there the past few days, as it gets hotter the smell is worse. It’s how I’d imagine a dead body to smell. I have no clue what it could be.
