On several occasions cars being left located in the off-road parking space on Richardson close. Being dropped off to be repaired/serviced in the lay-by to were no residents that live there can park. I believe ** Richardson close run a car repair business from this residence.Currently there is a silver car (make is unknown) jacked up no front wheel's and a blue Peugeot there. can not park my car there as no space...
