The dog poo bin that is on the footpath behind (west of) Spruce Drive needs emptying please! It is stinking out nearby gardens! It is behind numbers 119-125 Spruce Drive, OX26 3YF. Sitting in the garden in this heat we are overwhelmed by the stench.
