Council bins at the bottom and top of the steps leading to the Seawall constantly overflowing ,

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by wendy mumford at 09:12, Sunday 1 July 2018

Sent to Newport Council 2 minutes later

It is really bad during the summer, the bins are overflowing most days and end up swarming with maggots and rats. I know we are out of the way and pretty far for the council to send someone to empty the bins but it i part of the wales coast path. I have had people say that they are walking the whole coast path and this bit is the worst in regards to litter, There is also fishermen here every day who leave loads of rubbish along the Seawall. The bins need emptying more often, we also need bigger bins or 2-3 more.
