Drainage from railway land

At the bottom of the lane/steps leading from Birness Drive to Coustonholm Road, is an area where, unless it is very dry weather, water constantly flows from the wall to the road. This can either get algae covered and dangerously slippery in summer, or frozen and dangerously slippery in winter. Co-ordination required between Glasgow City Council and Network Rail.
