Illegally parked vehicles every weekday

Every weekday morning at approx (7:50-8:00 am) there are so many illegally parked vehicles and cars stopping in the middle of the road/at the corner of roads (bridge/duxbury road). The road is quite narrow as it is and due to this it only allows one car to pass by. This has been an ongoing issue for several months. There may be a school nearby - I am unsure.
